Honoring 40 Years of Mission Readiness
7th Biennial EO Diversity and Culture Research Symposium February 2009
In February 2009, the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) held the 7th Biennial Equal Opportunity, Diversity, and Culture Research Symposium. The theme for this symposium was Leveraging Human Potential and it served as a forum for researchers to share their investigations regarding equal opportunity (EO), equal employment opportunity (EEO), and diversity and culture. The symposium included four structured activities: 1) Paper Sessions, 2) Poster Sessions, 3) Panel Sessions, and 4) Technology Demonstrations.
