PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Sgt. 1st Class Miguel Pineiro, Assistant NCOIC of External Research for the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute here, processes paper answer sheets through a high speed scanner. The responses from the answer sheets will be used to generate a DEOCS report for a unit commander. Once the answer sheets are scanned to a computer server at DEOMI, the system automatically generates a complete DEOCS report which is then electronically available to the unit's survey administrator via a Website.
