Consultation
The Consultation Services Division provides DEOMI Equal Opportunity
Climate Survey (DEOCS) reports, specialized analyses, and executive summaries to inform higher
echelon commanders regarding their organization's climate. This division also provides more
in-depth evaluations for these commands through various methods to include focus groups,
interviews, and archival data which then culminates into an out brief and recommendations
to commander.
