Measurement Tools

The Research Directorate employs and evaluates a variety of measurement instruments related to EO/EEO, diversity, culture, human relations, organizational effectiveness, and other arenas.

These instruments possess sound psychometric properties to ensure reliability and validity. The directorate provides access to these tools as well providing recommendations to other agencies regarding their use.
