Research & Development Programs

The research directorate conducts basic and applied research to inform DOD policy makers. The directorate provides consultation to DOD and the respective Services, organizational assessment capability, and develops tools/resources to enhance EO/EEO programs, diversity knowledge, cultural competence, and other human relations arenas which impact mission readiness.

The directorate oversees the Institute’s web page and clearinghouse activities to provide an array of relevant and current information that assists leaders, practitioners, and others in the performance of their jobs.
