DEOMI produced media that can support EO Advisor training programs within their respective commands and additionally enhance professional development.

Through Civil Liberties Institute, the Office for Civil Rights & Civil Liberties, Department of Homeland Security has developed a variety of online training products applicable to EO/EEO, Diversity and Culture. Some of the online training products at this link include: Employment of People with Disabilities: A Road Map to Success; Constitution Day Training; and an Introduction to Arab American and Muslim American Cultures.

Podcasting is a method of publishing audio and video broadcasts via the Internet. The podcast files offered by DEOMI have been produced in-house and deliver audio and/or video broadcasts to your desktop. You can replay these files on your computer or load them on to your MP3 player and take them with you. The word "podcasting" combines the words "broadcasting" and "iPod." The term can be misleading since neither podcasting nor replaying podcasts requires an iPod or any portable music player.
